"It was a pleasure meeting you at the boat show! You did your magic, we were just popping in to see the 2010 boats and say hi to Scott and..low and behold Dan and I left the show PROUD owners of a MASTERCRAFT! We love the Mastercraft boats, but just being conservative buyers we needed a little push, we know when we see value and appreciate all the shaving you did to make it happen!
Overall, we wanted to thank everyone for all the excellent service we have received from Calgary and Edmonton. You run a top class business in a competitive industry, the product speaks for itself.
We will continue to spread the MASTERCRAFT word.
Our kids send their thanks, when we told them we bought a boat , the level of shrieking and running around the house gave us a little hint of their excitement!

"I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you and your staff for the timely repair of my boat.
I brought my X-10 in on the morning of Thursday July 2, 2009 with a shredded strut and bent shaft. Roger and Christine had it brought in immediately and diagnosed. The parts were ordered and flown from Tennessee that day. They arrived the afternoon of July 3, 2009 and were installed the following day (Saturday). The boat was in the water that afternoon (two days after it was brought in). It was important for us to have boat for the weekend as our son, who is attending school in the United States, was up for the week end and would probably not be returning until the end of August.
Martin Equipment went out of their way to accommodate us. Our family appreciates what they did and will not forget it.

"It has been a year since purchasing my Mastercraft X7 and I could not be happier with the boat or my experience with Martin Motor Sports. The boat is amazing and only exceeded by the people at Martin. I really had no intention of buying a new boat though it sure was my dream. I just had little hope of it ever happening. Ave made me an offer I couldn't refuse and found a way for me to make the decision affordably. Since then it has been a sweet experience dealing with everyone at Martin. The service department could not be second to any other. I love dropping by just to see the boats in the showroom, chat with sales staff and keep up on changes and refinements on the boats. I likely will keep this boat a long time. My last one was 22 yrs. If I do change boats, it will be another Mastercraft from Martin. Thanks to everyone there, I have a smile on my face every time I pull into my driveway. "
